And we finally figured out, how to get them! Get a camping HUD from the vendor in front of the freebie store and wear it. Now, you must work, to charge your battery.
Look for the camping spots, camp there with a solar panel or a fan to make wind and your battery is slowly charging. Be patient, it takes 5 minutes per camping spot. The meter is not moving, before the 5 minutes are over. Once your battery is loaded and the orange bar is full, go back to the freebie store and you can choose 3 items. Then reload your HUD, if you want to buy more.
