Pump Action

A deserted gas station, a couple on the run, bikes and guns…what could go wrong? Well I’ll leave that to your imagination for now, but I wanted to feature HISPose‘s new chopper pose prop so it was time to break out the leather. The prop includes the bike and seven poses and is quite reasonably priced.

Male fashion includes some cool accessories, tats and a nice T-Shirt combo from DROP found at the latest Mens Dept round (ends July 1). Also a new release skin from SAAL Body and excellent new jeans from +HuHu+ that you can pick up in a rather awesome texture change version.

Looney Tunes

The Nest’s annual Easter Egg hunt started this weekend and there are some wonderful gifts to be had from select stores on SL’s leading home & decor shopping sim (more previews can be see here). The eggs are hidden throughout the sim, on rooftops and in attics, or scattered in the fields, but they are easily found and there are many of them – most of the participants have put out multiple gifts.

Some of my favorites include the incredibly cute “Eggie” set of mesh figurines from What Next, which range from the dapper Mister Egg to a Geek in goggle glasses or moody Little Miss Monday, who perfectly expresses the Monday-morning blues (there are actually 6 figures to be found – I’ll be going back for my missing egg). Cleo Design’s gifts include a butterfly-laden director’s chair and a colorful set of wall plates that I’ve long needed for my decor and Cheaky Pea’s Mr Whiskers tea set (teapot + cups in a range of colors) should keep you in Earl Grey for days on end.

Four Walls

For the decor fans there are amazing hunts on now and I’m sure some of you are already out doing them (Hello Lilith). The Four Walls hunt brings SL’s top designers offering up some excellent gifts that should fit well with your design schemes. Gifts cost 20l so you need to choose wisely. There are too many standouts to name them all, but some of my favorites shown below include a great dresser from Pilot, a cool lamp from Vespertine (one of three), Cheeky Pea‘s hockey items and a fun guitar prop/chair from Zinnias.
